Satish Babu, Sarpanch – Reg.
We bring to your kind notice that Ayesha Meera, B. Pharmacy student was brutally raped and murdered on 27th December 2007 in a private Women’s Hostel at Ibrahimpatnam, Kothur Village and Mandal of Krishna District which created an uproar and hue and cry through out the state.
We submit that as the circumstances show, there is no possibility of anybody going, jumping to that place of the scene of offence which was situated on the 2nd floor of the building in a common hall with partitions where other students are also staying. The way to the steps of the building are protected by an iron mesh and which usually is being kept in lock and keys and are under the custody of the warden of the Hostel, Smt. I. Padma and her husband who also resides on the ground floor of the said building. Though 125 days were elapsed the police are still unable to trace the culprits, which has created several doubts in the minds of public as to the genuinity and sincerity, honesty and efficiency of the police and the State Government. The delay in the process of investigation is creating doubts in the minds of public that there is a political interference and pressure on the police to save the offenders in such a way the name of the “Koneru Ranga Rao” Municipal Minister of A.P. came into picture as his grand son Koneru Satish Babu, Sarpanch of Gudavalli village alleged to be prime accused in the above said case..
The parents of the victim and the local public , Muslim leaders, Women Organisations Alleged the Police is trying to divert the process by arresting one person named LADDU and to save the culprits.
In fact, villagers of Ibrahimpatnam and the residents nearby and the persons who have visited the scene of offence including the Honorable Chairman AP State Minority commission Janab Yousuf Qureshi and the Honorable Member of National Women Commission, Smt. Nirmala Venkatesh who visited the scene also expressed her doubt that without the connivance of the Warden and Insiders, the offense could not have happened. Further, Hon’ble Member of Women Commission, Smt. Nirmala Venkatesh also suggested for Narco Analysis test to the Warden and her husband and one Ch. Madhavarao, MPP who said to be present at the scene of offence before the arrival of the police. The public at large applauded the response shown by Nirmala Venkatesh and her analysis and opinion is very near and suits the circumstances of the case and also coincides with the public opinion of that area.
If this case is not properly dealt, the public in general and the Muslim minority community in particular will differ from the Congress Party and it will be an instrument to the Opposition Parties which may be likely to cause irreparable damage and loss to the Congress Party in the ensuing Elections.
In these circumstances we request you to kindly intervene in the matter, as the public in general have no faith in police in this case and request you to take steps to investigate the reality of the case by CBI or a Genuine Speacial Investigation Officer from Central to do justice . Narco Analysis Test should be done for three persons who are alleged to be suspects in this case before the media, by which the doubts of public especially Muslim minority community will get clarified. We believe that Narco analysis test to the above alleged suspects in front of the electronic media is the only way to build up the confidence of the public. Then no body can blame the State Government or Police. We hope that your good self can take steps for above process on war footing basis.

135 days lapse what the cops are doing ?
CBI TO BE PROBE…………
On 27th DEC 2007 a Muslim Minority B Pharmacy student Miss Ayesha Meera was brutally murdered and raped in a private hostel in Ibrahimpatnam (Mandal) near Vijayawada in Andhrapradesh. Though 4 months are lapsed the police did not investigate and caught the real culprits. It is a shame on the part of advanced society that girl students are harassed and killed brutally occasionally and the police is expressing its helpless ness and not able to find out the culprits.
The total political parties, women organizations, Muslim organizations, social organization and the general public have held demonstrations, rallies, dharnas and hunger strikes through out the AP state demanding the arrest of the real culprits but the police failed. They were regular news items about the brutal murder and rape case of Ayesha Meera and the demand to arrest the real culprits.
Many fact finding committees were formed and most of them opined that there is no other possibility to commit any offence much less the murder of a student without the Knowledge of the INSIDERS like Warden and her family members who are also residing in the first floor of the hostel building. The direct witnesses are stating a different story which is not corroborating with the investigation of the police. There were about 30 students on the night of the murder but it is surprisingly to note that no student witnessed the offence.
The police stepped back to held a proper Investigation with the INSIDERS i.e., students that were present and the warden and her family members. The police failed to collect the evidences properly and further surprisingly stating that they are unable to find any evidence. Though there are blood stains on the cloths, on the floor and there is a hand written letter suspected to be written by the culprits.
As the police failed in investigation it would very proper to hand over the case to CBI to establish justice and confidence in the hearts of public that the government will always be ready to protect them and do justice with the citizens.
As this issue becomes a sentimental issue opposition political parties are trying to take big benefits from this issue, and they are taking so. This brutal and horrible murder and rape case was given wide publicity in the media which creates hue and cry in the AP state. Thus it is once again requested to take immediate action in this regard to protect congress party from huge loss.

Ayesha Meera, an 18-year-old student of pharmaceuticals, was found dead in her hostel bathroom in Vijayawada on December 27, 2007. Brutally raped and murdered, her one leg was tied to a tap in the bathroom with a dupatta and the other to a rod. The Telugu word Chirutha , which means leopard, was scribbled on her body and on a note that was left behind
The police had initially believed the murder to be committed by a psychopath. But a few days after the incident, Ayesha's parents received an anonymous letter accusing Koneru Satish, grandson of the state municipal administration minister Koneru Rangarao.
"No one has tried to find any evidence or proof (against Koneru Satish). There is no one to protect us. No one to protect the people," Ayesha's father Syed Iqbal Basha said.

NWC MEMBER RECOMMEND NARCO TEST FOR WARDEN PADMA, MPP CHERUKU MADHAVA RAO, AND AYESHA HOSTEL MATES. NEARLY PEOPLE SENT FOR NARCO TEST FROM AP BUT Y THESE PEOPLE WERE NOT SENT FOR NARCO ? PADMA KNOWS MOST OF THINGS IF SHE WAS PERFECTLY INTEROGATED THERE MAY BE CHANCES OF SOME SEX SCANDALS OUT COME. LEADERS DOSN'T WANT THIS . KONERU SATISH TOLD LIES IN LIE DETECTOR TEST , THEN WHY HE WAS NOT SENT FOR NARCO TEST. PUBLIC R LOOSING CONFIDENCE ON POLICE, IS THERE ANY GOOD OFFICER WHO ESTABLISH JUSTICE ? after 4 months of ayesha mera death the real criminal was not traced out. it is a shame on the part of police and home ministry. home minister should give resign another able person may take over charge who can brought culprits. congress party high command may take action to protect the woman rights, and to do justice to a minority muslim girl.

Sir please do justice in ayesha meera murder case. All andhra people, womans and girl students are waiting for justice. We think that in your government the law and order is not ok. Somany incidents were on womans and girl students in past few months. What home ministry doing? We think its not in action to save womans and their secutiry.
our andhra pradesh government has very poverfull police department even though this department could not catch the culprit in ayesha meera murder case. I beleive in that this murder did by hostel related persons because that hostel is very secured in looking. there is only one way to enter the first and second floor. that entrance is closed by iron grill. the keys are at hostel warden and one another key set at cook. without their permission nobody enter the first and second floor of the hostel. this murder did in lockin area. so i beleive in that no outer person was entered in this hostel. I hope that as early as possible our police department chase this case and will catch the true culprits in ayeshameera murder case.

IF POLITICAL PEOPLE R NOT INVOLVE IN AYESHA MURDER CASE THIS CASE WAS SOLVED WITHIN FEW DAYS. BUT AFTER 5 MONTHS GONE THIS CASE WAS TAKING DIVERSIONS. OUR PRESIDENT OF INDIA IS WOMAN AND RULING PARTIES UPA CHAIR PERSON IS WOMAN BUT A BRUTALLY MURDERED GIRL WAS NOT GETTING JUSTICE IN OUR COUNTRY IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL THAT THE CULPRITS ARE FREELY MOVING AMONG PUBLIC.

Now that Koneru Ranga Rao is dead and the accused Laddu is out and has spoken(poor other fellow is in jail)..Can the culprits be brought to justice
